Description
Auricular Seed Therapy (AST)
The AST certification can be completed via a hybrid format including an online history of auricular therapy, fundamentals of Chinese therapy, relationship between emotional disturbances and Chinese pathology; followed by in-person acupoint location, indications, treatment preparation, applications, and proof of clinical cases for 5 clients.
Who Can Attend: Available but not limited to qualified individuals who are: physicians, massage therapists, psychologists, clinical social workers, mental health counselors, nurses, alcohol, and drug counselors. Add to your clinical practice or use it as a referral option.
The 16 hours AST course will provide practitioners with the auricular acupressure procedure using ear seeds to be given individually or to a group of people. Auricular acupoint therapy may assist with generalized physical and psychological symptoms including withdrawal, stress, anxiety, pain, and insomnia. According to a study posted by the National Institute of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine, frequent stimulation of specific auricular acupuncture points is an effective method of appetite suppression which leads to weight loss.
Certificate of Completion: Participants will receive the 16 clock- hour Auricular Seed Therapy (AST) certificate after completing all 3 Modules

Cranial Sacral Therapy

Description
Craniosacral therapy is a complementary, gentle, and noninvasive treatment that may help you relieve symptoms related to imbalances within the central nervous system. Attendees will learn how to access the CranialSacral system and apply specific techniques to correct disfunctions if needed.

Description
TMJ, neck, and shoulder tension are some of the most common complaints among massage therapy clients. Therefore, massage therapists completing this course will learn the INHE clinical approach to neck, TMJ releases, and localized soft tissue approaches for the shoulder along with pathology associated to these musculoskeletal imbalances. This course will start will an overview of these regions as well as specialized assessments of the major anatomical structures of the cervical, TMJ, and shoulder regions. The primary goal is to decrease pain and tension, increase joint space, and provide clients with greater mobility

Description
This class will begin with an overview of anatomical structures of the lumbar regions along with common symptoms associated with musculoskeletal imbalances associated with sciatic nerve compression, hip, and lower back pain caused by muscular tension. Additionally, participants will cover integrative approaches to treatment such as the incorporation of assessment and clinical application of massage techniques to assist on the correction of postural deviations by restoring balance, decreasing muscular discomfort, and enhancing patient’s range-of-motion.
